SABS trial investigating fear of thunderstorms in pets (see Media).       Dr Kersti Seksel now seeing clients in MELBOURNE.       SABS welcomes a new veterinarian, Dr Gabrielle Carter to the practice.

Welcome to Sydney Animal Behaviour Service

Sydney Animal Behaviour Service is run by a Registered Specialist in Animal Behaviour - Dr Kersti Seksel - together with registered animal behaviour consultant Dr Gaille Perry.  Both are veterinarians with further qualifications in Animal Behaviour.  As many behavioural problems may have an underlying or concurrent medical problem, assessment by a Veterinarian is very important.

Since 1992, cases from all over Australia involving dog, cat, and bird behaviour problems have been assessed by the team at SABS.  Problems such as inappropriate elimination, aggression, fears and phobias, separation anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, cognitive dysfunction are commonly seen.  These conditions and many others have been successfully managed and treated using up-to-date behaviour modification techniques.
